Information you give us

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message. When you request a quote, we also collect your phone number, selected services, town, postcode, property type, preferred cleaning frequency and any property details or photos you choose to provide.

Please only send information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid including sensitive personal information or identifiable people in property photos. Photos are optional.

Why we use your information

We use your information to answer questions, assess the work you need, prepare quotations, arrange services and keep a record of our communications. Information needed to prepare a quote or arrange a service is used to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform that contract.

For general enquiries and protecting our website from spam or misuse, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to customers and operating a secure business. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.

Website security and technical information

Our hosting and email systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and access logs to deliver and protect the service. Our enquiry forms use a short-lived, hashed IP-based counter to limit repeated submissions. This counter expires after ten minutes.

Who receives your information

Contact and quote enquiries are stored in the website’s restricted administration area and emailed to the business. Photos supplied with quote requests may be included in those emails. Authorised staff and the providers that support website hosting, email delivery and maintenance may access information where needed to provide those services.

We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Contact us for details of the providers involved and any international processing arrangements that apply to your information.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond, provide a quotation and manage any resulting work or follow-up. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, the need to retain it depends on whether discussions are ongoing, further contact is reasonably expected, or a complaint or dispute needs resolving.

Customer and transaction records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting or legal purposes. Optional photos should only be retained while relevant to assessing, carrying out or documenting the work or resolving a related issue. Information no longer needed should be deleted from enquiry records and email systems, subject to applicable legal requirements and backup cycles.

The custom public pages and enquiry forms do not set advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress administration, hosting security or other features enabled on the live site may use necessary cookies or process technical data. We will update this notice and provide cookie controls where required before adding optional analytics, advertising or embedded services.
